Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bravuri Media House ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bravuri Media House provides web development and performance marketing services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual contracts or proposals agreed upon with each client.

Service Delivery

• We will deliver services with professional care and skill
• Timelines and deliverables will be specified in project agreements
• We reserve the right to subcontract portions of work when necessary

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to us
• Make payments according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering services.

Client Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• We deliver all completed work and materials
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
